Wanting to resolve an organically fractured business model, Tenaska elected to re-examine their day to day operations and condense three isolated buildings of employees.  In an effort to create efficiency amongst the three, Tenaska approved the concept of open work environments.  The connection between whom Tenaska is and where they are going was established through the nature of a unified program.  The overall underlying schema makes itself prevalent through graphic installations throughout the headquarters unifying the mindset of each employee.
