The finish palette was intentionally limited to emphasize the repetition of materials, including polished concrete, painted black steel, and stained red oak veneer, builds a sophisticated aesthetic. The resulting space strikes a delicate balance between fitting into the neighborhood and showcasing the company’s passion for financial strength. The ceiling’s methodical stair-step gesture is a nod towards compounding wealth. The neutral architectural canvas allowed subtle color insertions in furniture and accent paint within offices, such as blue, lime green, pink, and orange. Programming requests for entertainment areas and natural daylight in offices informed the layout of the tenant space.
